1. Q:How do you control your quality?
A:We have passed the the third part quality control system ISO9001. Besides it we have our own quality checking department.we text every lamp before we load it.
2. Q:why the delivery date of customized lamp is longer than the normal making lamp?
A:For the normal lamp we have made the model for it, but for the customized one we need to make new model, it will take more time.
3. Q:how high should we load the wall lamp beside the mirror in the wash room?
A:we better fix the wall lamp by the height of 60-65 inch beside the mirror in the washroom.
4. Q:If we fix the lamp on the mirror ,how could we choose the right lighting ?
A: The lamp’s width take up the mirror’s width 3/4 will be ok and could not beyond the width of the mirror.
